I read this book at work (I'm a secratary), and it made it even hotter. Fabulous read, a great Delilah Devlin!
I found the D/s flavor a little candy coated but more to my own taste. As erotica goes this is one of the better ones. Great job to the author for great detail and imagination. Anyone who reads erotica knows it is hit or miss reading this book would be a hit for me anyway.
I liked reading it but it was sort of short and because of that you never got any back story on the characters which basically made this book about sex. Still a good read just wanted to know more about the characters and a reason of why they are doing what they are doing.
This story had lots of promise and it starts off really well! I like Raelie's teasing and Bryce's reaction, but then he kind of changes. I expected more "dominant", but he wasn't like any dominant I've read before. Then, the friends being involved? It just took a wierd turn and it lost me in the end. Not what I was expecting. The sex is good, though and it's nicely written. I guess I expected something else.
I love this book! Delilah Devlin hit this one out of the park home run! I wanted it to continue it was so good!
If you like BDSM erotica, you will love this book. It's so nice to find an author who can write about the sexual tension between the woman and her master and not just the sex. This book is filled with hot scenes that aren't over the top. No raunchy, degrading bdsm. The type of bdsm a woman would like to experience. I loved it and plan to purchase more of her work - right now. )
